One community organization has found a way to entertain local film buffs and frequent movie goers. The Ludington Area Center for the Arts’ recently formed Third Coast Society will be offering a subscription series that will take place on the last Friday evening of every month.

Beginning January 29 at 7pm, the award-winning documentary “American Teen” will kick of the series. Following the screening, other documentaries featuring art and artists will be featured in showings that will take place through the month of August. Between September and December, the year will wrap up with features dedicated to foreign film.

You can purchase tickets for all 12 films shown in these series for $60 per person. Additional purchases are available to support the series and the operations of the Ludington Area Center for the Arts. If you don’t want to purchase the series tickets in advance, each film is $7 per person at the door.
